Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using PersonalizePro, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

• Only contact people who have a legitimate interest in your outreach and honor opt-out requests.
• Do not upload illegal, misleading, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to probe, disrupt, or misuse the service.

Your content

You retain ownership of the leads, templates, and content you upload. You grant us the limited license needed to store and process that content solely to provide the service to you.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
